Our client, a member of the FORTUNE 500 and a global investment management leader is now looking for a talented professional Manager, Customer Analytics to join their dynamic IT team
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and build data models throughout the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, mitigation, anti-attritionretention) to help the business strategizing focus and deliver a differentiated customer experience
  • Identify and execute on opportunity to capture and refine relevant data across sales and engagement channels (particularly digital)
  • Lead the revamp of design and delivery of ‘360 view’ customer dashboard with feedback, operational, digital, social data sources
  • Participate in forums, meetings or events to interpret data and support decision making
  • Manage external research program with vendors to arrive at recommendations on growth areas/focus for the business
  • Coach the team and the wider business on data-driven decision making, analytics capabilities and best practices
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in a technical field
  • 5 years’ experience in an analytics role
  • Excellent SAS and SQL skills and an understanding of database structure
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker
  • Proficiency in Python or R and its application in data analysis
  • Good exposure in digital space in financial industry
  • Excellent people skills, to translate business needs into technical requirements to stakeholders.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
