Our client, is one of the leader in the Medical Health Care solutions provider.  To cope with the expanding business in developing more products using latest technologies such as loT and Mobile Development.  They are now looking for several roles in Technical Support Engineer to join their teams.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to customers for software and hardware issues
  • Follow up with the suppliers about the product quality and technical issues
  • Responsible for software/hardware installation and project delivery
  • Creating and maintaining good technical documentation
  • Testing new technologies
 
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
  • Min. 1 year of relevant working experience [Fresh graduates are also welcome]
  • Experience in MS Windows OS installation
  • Working experience in Window Server and LAN / WAN infrastructure is an advantage
  • Working experience in software development and various OS platforms is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of multimedia is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, interpersonal skills and well organized
  • Eager to learn new technology and able to identify new IT trends
  • Immediately available is preferred
